 What happens after I submit a Ticket or an eMail?
Solution If you have not created an account in our Support Site, you will need to first register and activate your account from the link sent to you. The email notification was sent from support@zmls.com.

Please check your Spam inbox to make sure it was not filtered.

Once you activate your Account. We may take up to 48 hours during a regular business week, Mon thru Fri, to respond to tickets. However, we will usually handle most tickets during the same business day.

To See Ticket Status/Response

1. Log in to Support Site, then click on "View Tickets".
2. From the list of tickets, click on the title of the ticket to review response.
3. On the next page you will find a copy of the ticket that you submitted.
